Since 2003 the primary focus of Stimul-IT has been Small & Medium Businesses. Over the years Stimul- IT realised that other sectors are important for the implementation of ICT as well. Nevertheless Stimul-IT keeps giving workshops, seminars and trainings and conducting research for the benifits of SMB's. Together with the SMB's Stimul-IT hopes to introduce, use and develop new Information technology towards a development of Curacao.

For the benifit of SMB's,  Stimul-IT together with other parties, started E-fondo and Webstart. With E-fondo a SMB can receive financial support for the purchase of nessecairy IT hardware and software. Webstart can help a SMB with starting a own website.
